I want to add to the review I left a couple of months ago by saying how thoroughly pleased I was dealing with Kristie Claudius, licensed insurance representative at Mark's agency. I purchased a new car and Kristie was super quick in issuing and emailing me a new insurance ID card to take with me when I pick up the car. Her punctionality and attenton to detail is really appreciated. I told her I wish every transaction was as seamless as this one was and sincerely mean it."
